What a restoration system is.

Some roofs are past the point where a standard recoat makes sense: the old surface is badly peeling, repairs have stacked up, or older oil based products are still showing through. A restoration system rebuilds that surface instead of just covering it.

The sequence matters. Full cleaning and surface preparation, honest repairs, primer where it is called for, and then premium-grade acrylic built up in full coats. Priming is part of restoration work: we prime roofs we fully restore, badly peeling areas, and anywhere oil based products still show.

Restore it once, done right.

Restoration is where craftsmanship shows. Every layer depends on the one under it, so we do not rush the preparation, and you can get photo progress reports every day if you want them. The finished surface is a clean, continuous membrane in white or tan.

Roof Restoration questions we hear a lot.

01How is a restoration different from a roof coating?

A coating goes over a surface that is fundamentally sound: clean it, repair it, coat it. A restoration rebuilds a surface that is not sound anymore, with deeper preparation, more repair work, primer where it is called for, and coating built up in full layers.

02Do you prime the roof?

Only where it is called for. We prime roofs we fully restore, badly peeling roofs, and anywhere oil based products still show. A roof that just needs a standard recoat does not need primer, and we will not charge you for a step your roof does not need.

03Can you restore commercial roofs?

Yes. We restore larger low-sloped and commercial roofs, and we offer maintenance programs for bigger roofs so the restored surface stays clean, sound, and coated.
