Jack Carothers spent more than a decade working Tucson roofs before founding Pro Roof LLC in 2021. In those years he saw the same failure over and over: roof coating rolled over dust, cracks, and ponding water, sold cheap and gone in two summers. He started this company to do the opposite.
Every job begins with a real inspection and a pressure scrub. Repairs come next, then primer and polyester wrap on every seam, and only then the two finish coats. It is slower than a quick rollover, which is why our residential system carries a 4 year warranty and why the same customers call us back when their neighbors need a roof.
