Where we work.

Pro Roof LLC is based in northwest Tucson, off the Ina and Thornydale corridor. Most of our roof coating jobs are within thirty minutes of home base, and we happily drive farther for the right project. If you do not see your neighborhood below, call (520) 382-7130 and ask.

Catalina Foothills & Sabino Canyon

The foothills are where white roofs earn their keep. Homes here sit high, take full sun all day, and lean on flat roofs with parapets, skylights, and view decks. We do more roof coating in the Catalina Foothills than anywhere else in Tucson, working around skylight domes, rooftop equipment, and the kind of custom construction that deserves careful hands.

Oro Valley, Dove Mountain & Marana

The northwest side is our backyard. Oro Valley and Dove Mountain homes are newer, but the sun does not care about the build date, and many of these roofs are hitting the age where the original coating chalks and thins. A recoat now is far cheaper than a tear off later. We also handle pre-solar roof maintenance across Oro Valley and Marana, where solar adoption is heaviest.

Casas Adobes, Tortolita & SaddleBrooke

Casas Adobes is home base, so response times here are the fastest we offer. The neighborhood mixes older ranch homes with newer builds, and both benefit from the same thing: a clean, well repaired roof under a fresh elastomeric coat. Up in SaddleBrooke we are glad to work with the community's many retirees, and our senior discount applies to every service.

Central Tucson & the historic districts

Central Tucson's historic neighborhoods run on flat roofs. Sam Hughes bungalows, El Encanto estates, Winterhaven, Armory Park, and Barrio Viejo adobes all depend on coatings and careful drainage rather than shingles. We respect the old construction, repair the substrate honestly, and match coating color so the roofline looks right from the street. East toward Tanque Verde and south to Vail, the story is the same: sun, monsoons, and flat roofs that reward maintenance.
